My Training

I am currently training for the Boston Marathon in April. I plan on running a few half marathons this spring and summer also. In September I will be traveling out to the West Coast to Disneyland to earn my Coast to Coast medal!
I am following a new marathon training plan that has me running 5 days a week ( 2 easy days, 1 speed/tempo day, 1 hills day and 1 long slow distance run). I have to say I am really enjoying this training segment and hope all the work pays off in the end! I have developed a new love for yoga and weight training too!!
